Lactic Acid is an incredibly gentle exfoliating Alpha Hydroxy Acid and is ideal for sensitive skin as it functions at the uppermost dermal layers. Lactic Acid works to keep skin hydrated, fade hyperpigmentation and brighten the complexion. The exfoliating action sloughs away dead skin cells as well as improving skin’s ability to keep itself hydrated.
The leave-on Lactic Acid solution gets to work immediately, exfoliating skin, lightening dark spots, hydrating skin and improving the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
Pestle and Mortar NMF Lactic Acid Toner has a free acid value of 5.34%. Free acid value is the percentage of the acid that is actually absorbed into the skin and a minimum of 4% is required for effective cell turnover. The low pH of 3.8 also preserves the efficacy of the Alpha Hydroxy Acid solution.

How to use:
Apply NMF to a cotton pad and sweep over cleansed face avoiding the eye area.
Use AM or PM.
